Gavin Hicks is a Project Manager with 4 years of construction experience and a degree in Construction Technology. He has contributed to complex projects including:

• LifeHouse in Cape Girardeau – A 17,000 sq. ft. facility for homeless pregnant women, developed for Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri.
  
  
• West Park Mall Renovation – Structural redevelopment of the east wing, now home to national retailers like Ulta, PetSmart, Carter’s, and Sierra Trading Post.
  
  
• Southeast Health ED Renovation – A multi-phase emergency department remodel that remained fully functional throughout construction.
  
  

At 20 years old, Gavin brings strong discipline, focus, and leadership beyond his years. A 3x state-qualifying wrestler and Academic All-State honoree, he graduated college with a 3.92 GPA and applies that same work ethic to every project he manages.
