West Park Mall
Pilot is serving as the owner’s representative for the comprehensive redevelopment of West Park Mall—a $107 million transformation aimed at revitalizing one of Cape Girardeau’s key commercial hubs. The project introduces six new national retailers: Ulta, Carter’s, Ross, PetSmart, Michaels, and Sierra, along with significant upgrades to both the interior and exterior of the existing structure.
As the owner’s representative, Pilot has managed all design and construction activities while guiding the project through each phase. We also collaborated closely with the City of Cape Girardeau to develop and secure approval for an incentive program that balanced the interests of both the developer and the city—ensuring long-term success for all stakeholders.
