Regional Workforce Development Teen Center

The new Regional Workforce Development Teen Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to empower youth through education, recreation, and workforce readiness. The project includes a full basketball court, volleyball courts, a STEM lab, six classrooms, a computer lab, café, and a recreational game room—creating a comprehensive space that fosters growth, learning, and community engagement.

As the program manager and owner’s representative, Pilot managed all procurement, design, and construction activities, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders and on-time project delivery. Throughout the process, Pilot prioritized creating a safe, functional, and inspiring environment that will serve as a beacon of opportunity for youth and families in Poplar Bluff and surrounding areas.
