As the owner’s representative, Pilot has managed the design and construction activities from concept through execution. We also partnered with local officials to support the project’s integration into the surrounding community, ensuring it contributes positively to the economic and social fabric of Cape Girardeau. Our team oversaw every detail—from early planning and design coordination to final delivery—ensuring alignment with the owner’s vision, budget, and schedule.
