Developed by repeat client Thorngate Holdings, the 28,000-square-foot facility in Cape Girardeau features 72 luxury car storage spaces, a private members-only lounge, and state-of-the-art amenities tailored to both automotive preservation and elevated lifestyle experiences. Every aspect of the space—from the handcrafted millwork to the custom furniture and lighting—reflects a commitment to quality, design, and exclusivity. The facility also includes two full-service detailing bays and showcases refined casework and specialty finishes throughout.
As the owner’s representative, Pilot provided end-to-end project oversight, managing design coordination, procurement, and construction execution. With a focus on premium detailing and client vision, Pilot ensured that the finished product met the highest standards of craftsmanship and delivered an exceptional user experience for both the client and its members.
