Dogwood Commons

Dogwood Commons is a two-part commercial redevelopment project in South St. Louis County. The development includes a new 16,000-square-foot retail center designed for six tenants, with Chipotle already committed. Adjacent to the new construction is the redevelopment of an existing 92,000-square-foot building, which will become home to Famous Toastery, Dogwood Social House, and Club Fitness.

Pilot is serving as the owner’s representative, managing design and construction activities across both buildings. The team is coordinating tenant needs, maintaining the project schedule, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with the client’s goals and operational requirements.
