Dexter Veterinary Clinic—a 4,267-square-foot facility designed to enhance veterinary services in the Dexter community. The project features four exam rooms, two surgical suites, a stand-alone X-ray room, and an enclosed exterior dog space tailored to support both routine and emergency care.
As the owner’s representative, Pilot managed all design and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. The team also ensured alignment with the client’s operational needs while delivering the facility on time and within budget.
