Bryan Road Development
This large-scale ground-up development in O’Fallon, Missouri will bring together a mix of retail, hospitality, dining, and recreation facilities. The project includes a 40,000-square-foot retail center, a hotel, Bourbon Gardens, the O’Fallon SportsCenter, a Famous Toastery restaurant, and a new Dogwood Social House. All sitework—including earthwork, utilities, parking, and infrastructure—is part of the full-scope development.
Pilot is serving as the owner’s representative across all phases of the development, managing design and construction efforts. The team is coordinating with multiple user groups and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with the client’s broader vision for the site.
